Who it's for

Built for the people who run a housebuilding business.

Housebuilders

Run the whole operation

From land through to legal completion, in one system your whole team works from — not a different spreadsheet per department.

Developers

Control every site

Budgets, drawings, and site records for every development, structured the same way whether you run one site or twenty.

Development Managers

See status at a glance

Every plot's stage, every project's commercial position, without chasing five people for an update.

Investors

Get visibility, not spreadsheets

A dedicated portal scoped to exactly what's been shared — read-only, always current, no email chains.

One platform

Built for complex housebuilding groups.

OrgView models your real structure — from group holding company down to individual plots — not a flat list of projects.

Today, structure is Group → Companies/SPVs → Developments → Plots, enforced by database-level row-level security per organization. A formal Region and Development-Phase layer for very large multi-region groups is on the roadmap, not yet built — we won't claim it exists until it does.

Solutions

One operating environment. Seven roles. Everyone sees exactly their responsibility.

This is the real navigation and the real permission matrix from OrgView's codebase — pick a role below and watch the sidebar change. A Director sees everything a group needs; a Technical Manager gets exactly what their job requires, and nothing else.

Every function

One platform. Every critical function.

Click any section for why it matters and a real sample of what it looks like inside the app.

External ecosystem

Investors, clients, and homebuyers don't get your dashboard.

They get one dedicated screen — read-only, scoped to exactly what you've shared, with no sidebar and no reach into the rest of the org. Try it above under "External."

IN

Investor Portal

Invite external, read-only access scoped to exactly the sections you choose — funding position and returns, without opening your books.

ROLE: INVESTOR · MANAGED FROM INVESTORS
CL

Client Portal

Invite a client to log in and see their project — read-only, scoped to exactly the sections you choose. No edit controls, no other project's data.

ROLE: CLIENT · MANAGED FROM CLIENT ACCESS
YH

Your Home

A login for a homebuyer, tied to one plot. They see their home, their spec, their upgrades, and their key dates — nothing else in the org.

ROLE: CUSTOMER · MANAGED FROM CUSTOMERS
Financial control

The CFO's view: budget to final margin, one thread.

Every commitment traces back to a budget line; every budget line traces forward to a final margin. Real double-entry bookkeeping underneath, not a bolt-on spreadsheet.

Executive & governance

Reporting scoped to who's asking. An answer for who changed what.

Today, Reports covers Commercial and Accounts reporting, scoped by role — a Quantity Surveyor and a Director see different things, on purpose. Every posted financial entry and every team invite is written to an immutable audit log.

Honest roadmap note: a consolidated group-level P&L, board-pack generation, and ESG/health-and-safety reporting are not built yet. We're not showing you a mock "board dashboard" and pretending it's live — when it's real, it'll be here.
Enterprise architecture

Secure, cloud-native architecture engineered for scalable housebuilding operations.

Tenant isolation
Every organization's data is isolated by database-level row-level security — not just an application-layer filter that a bug could bypass.
Permissions
A 7-role permission matrix enforced both in the interface and server-side — the sidebar you see and the access you're actually granted are checked by the same rule twice.
Audit trail
An immutable log of governance-sensitive actions — team invites and every posted financial entry — with coverage expanding module by module.
Integrations
Live, working connections to Companies House (company & filing data), Microsoft Outlook (mail, via Microsoft's own OAuth), and Stripe (payment confirmation).
Platforms
Web and native iOS from a single codebase — every change ships to both, no separate mobile team, no drift.
Monitoring
Production errors are caught and triaged before a team relies on a broken page.

About OrgView

OrgView exists because housebuilders run their business across too many disconnected spreadsheets, inboxes, and point tools — land in one place, budgets in another, site records in a third, and no single version of the truth for anyone above plot level. OrgView is built to be that single system: the operating environment a housebuilder actually runs on, from the org chart down to an individual plot.
